About us
Brilliant 3D Studio & Cosplay started with a simple belief: that anyone with a vision should be able to hold it in their hands. What began as a passion project grew into a full-service studio in the heart of Mooresville.
We specialize in 3D printing across multiple technologies — FDM for functional parts and larger props, resin for miniature detail — and then take it further with professional finishing and painting. Whether you're a cosplayer prepping for convention season or an engineer needing a prototype, we treat every file with the same care.

Send us your 3D file, reference images, or describe the piece you have in mind. We'll discuss materials, size, and finish.

Our team prepares the print — optimizing orientation, supports, and settings — then runs it on the right machine for your project.

Every piece is inspected, cleaned, and finished to spec — sanded, primed, painted, or left raw, your call.

Collect your piece from our Mooresville shop or we'll package and ship it securely to your door anywhere in the US.
